- The Website User shall send the cancellation and/ or return request by emailing the Website Owner at email@example.com.
- The Website Owner’s decision shall be final to decide whether the cancellation and / or return request of the Website User is accepted or not.
- The Website User is advised to check the product(s) thoroughly at the time of delivery and in case of any problem, including but not limited to, size, color, style and/ or damage, the Website User shall intimate the Delivery Personnel about the same and shall return the product(s) with the Delivery Personnel. The Delivery Personnel will wait at the Website User’s address for 15 minutes from the time of delivery for the Website User to try the product(s) and return the same in case of any problem with the same.
- Once, the Delivery Personnel leaves the premises of the Website User and till the product(s) reaches the warehouse of the Website Owner, any kind of damage found on the product(s) shall be the sole liability of the Website User.
- In case the Website User fails to return the product(s) on the return date, a per day late fee of 100% of Rent of the product will be charged up to a maximum of MRP of product.
- The above late fee shall be payable by the Website User in the same manner as the Website User has paid for the Total Price of the product(s) while placing the Order.
- No refund shall be made by the Website Owner if the return request is made by the Website User after the delivery boy left Website user place.
- In case of cancellation and/ or return of any Order being placed by the Website User, the refund(s) to be made by the Website Owner to the Website User of the Security Deposit and/ or Rental Fee and/or Delivery Charge and/ or any other charge(s) would be refunded within 15- 45 days from the date of cancellation and/ or the return, depending upon the Bank Policies of the Website Owner and the Website User, respectively.
- All the refunds to be made are done through the Third Party Payment Gateways engaged by the Website Owner. However, the Website Owner shall not be liable in any manner, if there is any delay/ failure in the processing of the refund to be made to the Website User, instead it is the liability and responsibility of the Third Party Payment Gateways. It is hereby stated that the Website Owner will take reasonable steps to get the refunds processed in a timely manner, but, it cannot guarantee the same.
- The Website User shall return the Zip Bag, Wooden Hanger, Jewellery Box (if any) along with any other merchandise which was delivered with the product(s). Failing which, INR 250/- shall be deducted from the Security Deposit.
- The Website Owner will inspect the product(s) returned by the Website User when it reaches its warehouse and check whether the product(s) is intact and is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to him/ her. Fancyano reserves the right to take the final decision about the condition of the returned product(s).
- In case of any Major Damage (any kind of loss which diminishes the commercial value of the product, including but not limited to, theft, alteration, non-reversible treatment to the fabric, replacing original product with fake product, fabric burn, ripping off of the fabric) being caused to the product(s) while it is in the custody of the Website User, an additional charge of up to 100% of the MRP value of such product(s), as determined by the Website Owner, shall be payable by the Website User.
- The Website User explicitly agrees to the levy of such additional charge on account of Major Loss (defined above) being caused to the product(s) while in the custody of the Website User, as determined by the Website Owner.
- In the event of Major Loss (defined above) being caused to the product(s) being ordered from the Fancyano, the additional charge, as determined by the Website Owner, shall be payable by the Website User in the same manner as the Website User has paid for the Total Price of the product(s) while placing the Order.
- In the event of Major Loss (defined above) being caused to the product(s) being ordered from the Fancyano, the additional charge, as determined by the Website Owner, shall be adjusted from the Security Deposit being paid by the Website User and in case of the additional charge being higher than the Security Deposit, the Website Owner is explicitly authorised by the Website User to levy the balance of such additional charge, the balance of the additional charge shall be payable by the Website User in the same manner as the Website User has paid for the Total Price of the product(s) while placing the Order

- The Pick-up time shall be mutually decided between the Delivery Personnel and Website User over phone-call on the day of pick-up. The Delivery Personnel shall call the Website User for knowing the Pick-up time.

PAYMENT & PROMOTION POLICY
- Should I have to pay anything to courier delivery guy? You only have to pay if what is written in the preform invoice of Fancyano delivered to you at the time of delivery.
- When my deposit amount will refund? The deposit, if any, is a refundable & interest free amount, at the time of confirming the order online and will be subject to refund only after successful verification of the quality of the apparel returned to Fancyano.
- When my deposit will retain or deducted? The deposit, partially or in full, may be retained if the apparel is damaged beyond repair i.e. can’t be repaired or the cost of repairs being very high.
- Where Can I find best promo codes running? We make it easy for you to find the best promotions. Once you’ve added products to cart, click on ‘Show Available Coupons’ displayed on the right of your screen and select the best suggested coupon for your order.
- Lessee has to be present at the time of delivery? Yes, You Have to present lessee of agreed date and time at the specified address given to you while placing an order with Fancyano.
- What if I didn’t check the product at the time of delivery? Once you have accepted the delivery, no request on refunds, alterations, exchanges may be entertained, however the decision of Fancyano would be considered final.
- What if I checked product and it appears to be dirty & damaged? Though we do quality checks at our end before delivery, But if you still have any issue related to this then contact us on 9950545800 so that an exchange may be arranged. Fancyano does not guarantee that the same apparel/accessory would be made available for exchange. But remember it should be done before our courier partner leaves the premises. After that none shall be entertained.
- One signed copy of the pro-forma invoice is to be kept by each party.
- You can track your order status by entering order id to related courier’s partner website.
- COD Facility is not available currently. Whole Payment must be paid by you at the time of booking of the product.
- It may be possible in some conditions that your order will get delay (like Government Holidays, Disasters, Strikes, and Act Of God etc.).
- If by any reasons if your order get delayed by more than 1 day then you can cancel the order By Call (9950545800 OR writing an email to us firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In above mentioned case if you like to cancel your order then you will get full refund of your paid amount within 7 working days in your bank.
- Delivery of product is limited to Udaipur only
- The order will be returned after two delivery attempts by the delivery boy
- Material will be delivered to you by the date of booking you selected when you booked order from our website & delivery time will be confirmed to you on phone by our courier partners.
- Pick up time will be the? If you receive an outfit today booked for a rental period of 3 days then we will pick up the outfit on the second day from today.
- Should I pack stuff by myself? Yes, You Have to put all the stuff collected in the same containers provided by Fancyano at the time of delivery.
- What if I lost something (Like Hanger, Zip Bag, Jewelry Box etc. ) ? In that case first Material needs to reach the warehouse of the company. Charges will be flat 250 Rs.
- What if I product get damaged? In case of damages, the company will inform you of the damages and would take specific actions on retaining the deposit after receiving product back to the warehouse.
- When my security deposit will refund? After the product reach to the warehouse and checked for the quality purpose we will initiate your refund and it will reflect in your bank account after 7-10 working days.
- The Lessee agrees to pay for any damage to, loss of, or any theft (disappearance) of apparel/accessory, regardless of cause or fault.
- Minor wear and tear is accepted and will be ignored, on consideration and acceptance by Fancyano.
- Any damage that results in the product being unusable will result in the deposit amount being charged to the lessee.
- Stains on apparel/accessory which are not removable via dry cleaning / cleaning will result in deposit amount being charged to the lessee. The extent of damage would be ascertained by comparing against the apparel as was delivered to you by Fancyano. Any variation showing damages, if ascertained as not caused by normal wear and tear, would result in the deposit being retained.
